The Webster County Office of Emergency Services and 911 Center is conducting a search for a missing Putnam County man who hasn't been heard from since arriving in Webster County Saturday afternoon. Joe Ranson Jr., 60, arrived in the Webster Springs area around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 25 for a fishing trip.
